Meanwhile, and still in the land of the free (at least for those still with a job):
The orgaization Law Enforcement Against Prohibition (LEAP) has put up its first billboard this month.
It announces:
Drug Abuse is Bad.
The Drug War is Worse!

This is all thanks to a donation by Melanie Marshall (the jazz singer?) .
It will be moved around the city of Omaha, Nebraska at three monthly intervals and it shows the website address for LEAP to measure response and effectiveness.
I don't how this approach would go down in Britain but it would be fun finding out – for instance, I would be fascinated to read what the Daily Mail would have to say about it.
This is obviously a satire, am I missing something?
